Frozen whole strawberries are available in grocery stores. Stores sell organic and non-organic berries.
Large, ripe bananas. The riper the banana, the sweeter.
ALMOND MILK: Use unsweetened almond milk, soy milk, oat milk, or cashew milk.
Vanilla: Grocery stores sell pure vanilla essence.
SWEETENER: If strawberries aren’t sweet, add extra sweetener. Vegan agave nectar.

FOOD PROCESSOR: A food processor quickly chops and purees frozen berries to make lovely cream. Try a powerful blender.

Fruit flavor shines in this uncomplicated frozen treat. Strawberry dominates the banana-strawberry flavor.
Peel bananas and remove brown spots. Chop them. Never thaw frozen strawberries. They make wonderful cream thick and icy.

FRUIT PULSE: Put the banana and strawberries in a food processor or heavy-duty blender. Pulse fruit into small pieces.
Add almond milk and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Rubber spatula the sides as needed.

Taste the mixture with a spoon. Add agave nectar if it’s not sweet enough.
SERVE: Soft-serve-like nice cream is best served immediately. Freeze for an hour to make it firmer.
Freeze: Spread the mixture in a loaf pan using a rubber spatula. Wrap and freeze for one hour.

For smoothies and delicious cream, freeze banana chunks. This mixture should only contain one frozen fruit. Frozen banana and unfrozen strawberries or frozen banana and frozen strawberries. When both fruits are frozen, the mixture is too thick and needs more milk.
Replace strawberries with raspberries or blackberries. Combining all three!
Milk replacements include soy and oat. Unsweetened is best.
If you don’t have agave nectar, use maple syrup, honey (not vegan), or erythritol to sweeten the lovely cream.
You can cut strawberries as you like for strawberries and cream. Young children may find bite-sized strawberry chunks easier to eat. Strawberry-white sugar mixture sits for 30 minutes.
