Lucasfilm is reportedly considering having Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni adapt the primary plot of The Mandalorian Season 4 into a feature picture, according to Making Star Wars sources.
According to reports, the film would be released after the Rey-centered film and would precede Filoni's forthcoming Star Wars film.
According to the source, the studio may or may not choose to go in this direction, but it is "a favorite amongst some of the executives."
Jon Favreau is the creator and executive producer of the Star Wars series.
